机械制造中广泛采用能迅速把工件固定在准确位置或同时能确定加工工具位置的一种辅助装置,这种装置统称为夹具。无论是在机械加工、装配、检验,还是在焊接、热处理等冷热工艺、运输工作中都大量采用夹具。在机械加工中,应用最为广泛的是金属切削机床上使用的夹具,我们称其为机床夹具。其作用是将工件定位,以使工件获得相对于机床和刀具的正确位置,并把工件可靠地夹紧。它在保证产品优质、高产、低成本方面,充分发挥设备的潜力,工人方便的掌握复杂或精密零件加工技术。机床加经验在减轻繁重的体力劳动等诸方面起着巨大的作用。因此,机床夹具的设计和使用是促进生产迅速发展的重要工艺措施之一。
本文主要围绕机床钻孔夹具设计,用以钻曲轴零件。首先通过查找资料,让我对夹具设计有了初步的了解,特别是对钻模夹具设计的了解更为深刻。然后在导师的指导下,对夹具设计方案进行分析和选择。选定方案后,通过查阅相关夹具设计
书籍和相关图例对自己的夹具有了更深一步的了解。通过对夹具工作原理的掌握,结合功能设计与结构设计绘制出夹具的装配图及零件图。

Inmacinery manufacturing industry in the process, to a fixed processing object, make it has a correct position, to accept the construction of a kind of technology and equipment, collectively known as the jig. In machining, assembly, inspection, and in the welding, heat treatment and so on cold and hot technology, transportation, work in a large number of using jig. Application in mechanical processing, metal cutting is the most widely used in machine tool fixture, we call it for machine tool fixture. Its role is the workpiece positioning, in order to make correct position of the workpiece relative to the machine tool and tool, and the workpiece clamping reliably. It in ensuring product quality, high yield, low cost, give full play to the potential of equipment, workers easy to master complex or precision parts processing technology. Machine tools and experience in reducing the heavy manual labor and so on various aspects plays an enormous role. Therefore, the machine tool fixture design and use is one of the important
technological measures to promote the development of production quickly.
This article mainly around the drilling machine tool fixture design, is used to drill the crankshaft parts. First by looking for information, let me have a preliminary knowledge of fixture design, especially the understanding of the jig fixture design more profound. Then under the guidance of tutor, analyze the fixture design and choice. After the selected scheme, through consulting the relevant jig design books and related illustrations for their have a deeper understanding. Through the grasp of the working principle of the fixture, design of function and structure design to map the fixture assembly drawing and part drawing.
