摘 要

在国际工程中，索赔是保护承包商的合法权益，决定承包施工经济效益的关键环节。鉴于此目的，本文从索赔的基本概念入手，分析了我国国际工程索赔的现状，从而找出存在的问题，继而通过对一些国际工程项目变更索赔案例的借鉴分析，提出一些对策。

Abstract

In the international Construction,claim is the key to protect the legal benefits of contractor and determine the economic benefits of contract construct.In view of this order,this article analyses the present situation of our nation’s international project claim from the basic concept start.So that some exist problems are discovered and some measures are put forward based on some of the change of the international engineering claim case analysis of the reference.
