职业教育产教深度融合的长效机制构建分析

摘要:校企产教融合是职业教育的本质特色,也是职业教育与其他教育的最大区别。但从我国职业教育的发展现状来看,校企产教融合却仅仅流于形式、止于表层,尚未取得良好的效果,人才培养质量不高,不能完全满足社会经济发展的需要。怎样实现校企产教深度融合,提高人才培养质量?经过深入地研究与分析后,笔者认为建立“产教深度融合、校企互利共赢”的长效机制,是解决上述问题的关键,也是职业教育发展的一条必由之路。对于职业院校如何构建产教深度融合的长效机制,本文提出了相关建议。
Abstract: Integration of school and enterprise is the essential feature of vocational education, and it is also the biggest difference between vocational education and other education. But from the current situation of the development of China's vocational education, integration of school and enterprise is only a mere formality, has not achieved good results, and the quality of personnel training is not high, can not fully meet the needs of social and economic development. How to achieve the depth integration of school and enterprise, and improve the quality of personnel training? Through in-depth research and analysis, the author believes that the establishment of \, school enterprise mutual benefit and win-win\, long-term mechanism is the key to solve the above problems, which is also an inevitable way for the development of vocational education. This paper puts forward some related suggestions on how to construct a long-term mechanism for the integration of production and education in vocational colleges.

我国提出经济增长方式转变已有多年,但“粗放型”经济方式仍较突出,产业结构调整缓慢,技术创新能力不强,许多产品精细化程度不够,有数量而缺质量,附加值低,资源消耗大,往往以环境污染为代价。这与我国的职业技术教育比较薄弱,培养不出大批既能动手,又擅长技术攻关与革新的技能型人才不无关系。因此,我国企业要想切实提高产业和产品的技术含量与附加值,更加有效地参与国际合作和竞争,就必须大力推进职业教育的发展与内涵建设。
