接种DPT不良反应的特点及护理

【摘要】目的：分析接种DPT不良反应的临床护理和对策。方法：收治DPT疫苗接种儿童84例，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组42例。对照组给予传统常规护理，试验组在此基础上给予护理干预。结果：27例产生不良反应，其中试验组4例，对照组12例，试验组不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：DPT疫苗接种出现不良反应是不可避免的，而在传统护理的基础上配合护理干预，可以有效减少异常反应，提高护理的质量。%Objective:To analyze the clinical nursing and countermeasures of DPT vaccination adverse reactions.Methods:84 children with DPT vaccination were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 42 cases in each.The control group was given conventional routine nursing,and the experimental group was given nursing intervention on this basis.Results:27 cases had adverse reactions,including 4 cases in the experimental group,12 cases in the control group.The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:DPT
