林产化工专业实践教学改革与探索
—以南京林业大学为例——

改革
林产化工专业主要培养以森林资源为主的生物质资源高效综合利用方面的急需人才，专业面向包括生物质能源、生物基功能新材料和天然医药等国家战略新兴产业以及现代农业。与其他化工类专业相比，该专业内涵具有“资源可再生、产品与技术绿色环保、发展可持续”的特点和优点。南京林业大学林产化工专业是我国同类专业创办最早的专业，在国内同类专业中处于领先地位，引领我国林产化工专业发展。本专业所依托的林业工程一级学科于2017年入选国家“双一流”世界一流学科建设行业。在武书连2018年中国高校工学本科专业排行榜中，南京林业大学林产化工专业被评为全国高校同类专业中唯一的A++级本科专业。为了进一步贯彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020）》，制定学校专业建设与学生培养“十三五”发展规划，南京林业大学林产化工专业围绕立德树人根本任务，以更新教育教学观念为先导，深化教育教学改革，优化专业结构、强化专业内涵、改革人才培养模式、教学方式方法、考核内容形式，以推动人才培养质量不断提升。

作为高等本专科院校人才培养的重要指标之一，
实践教学在复合应用型人才培养中愈发突显其重要性。南京林业大学在实践教学模式方面进行了大量的改革与创新工作。依托学科在师资、实践条件、科技创新和创新平台等方面的建设成果，打造优秀教学团队；创立本科教育人才培养新模式，提出了“二化三联四创”本科教育创新模式；提高实验实训基地建设质量，制定生产实习的内容与考核要求，选送教师到生产企业锻炼学习，狠抓本科毕业论文（设计）的质量提高，建设完善人才实践能力的培养体系。通过实践教学模式的改革，南京林业大学林产化工专业的师资队伍得到加强，实践教学平台条件明显改善，同时学生培养质量显著提高。关键词
