（一）基本薪酬

基本工资完全参照上海总公司设置（二）激励性薪酬

1、奖金由外派季度奖金和年度特别奖金组成。（1）季度奖金

外派奖金的发放周期可采取季度发放的方式，每季度进行一次外派期间工作总结汇报，并根据外派地区该季度业绩的完成情况发放奖金。

（2）年度奖金

外派年终特别奖金，由公司每年从外派时间超过6个月的员工中选取10名最优秀的员工，每年对其发放的特殊奖励，特别奖金不仅是提升员工收入的一种方式，更是激发员工荣誉感、使命感的激励方式。

2、将绩效考核与工资奖金挂钩，并且提高奖金系数。（1）个人季度奖金计算公式 Y=R*K1*K2

其中，Y：个人月度奖金 R：岗位奖金基数 K1：个人奖金系数 K2：部门奖金系数

（2）奖金基数（R）的设置

奖金基数的设置原则是，根据公司当季度的生产经营及效益情况，按照不同岗位、不同职级、不同贡献综合制定。如不发生岗位变动，原则上每一年调整一次。针对外派人员，出于考虑到任务难度增加的情况，奖金基数在原来的基础上提高10%。

（3）个人季度考核系数（K1）

考核原则：所有考核分为扣分考核，每个人对其他某一个人员的最大扣分限度为（100÷部门人数）。

（4）这里我们设置部门考核权限为50%，其他部门考核权限为50% 因而：

K1=（100-部门考核分×50%-其他部门考核分×50%）÷100 部门季度考核系数（K2）

部门季度基准分为100分，其中：综合管理部30%考核权限，其他部门70%

1、法定福利（1）五险一金

2013年度职工本人和单位住房公积金、补充住房公积金缴存比例与2012年度相同。即，住房公积金缴存比例仍为各7%;补充住房公积金缴存比例仍为各1%至8%，具体比例由各单位根据实际情况确定。

（2）法定假日

所有公司员工都可享有国家规定的每年11天法定带薪假（元旦1天、春节3天、清明节1天、劳动节1天、端午节1天、中秋节1天、国庆节3天）。妇女节女性放假半天。

（3）带薪年休假（以下简称年休假）：

1）工龄满一年但不满十年的员工，每年休假的假期为5天； 2）已满十年不满二十年的，年休假10天； 3）已满20年的年休假15天。

4）国家法定休假日、休息日不计入年休假的假期。以下情况不予安排年休假：

1）累计工作满1年不满10年的职工，请病假累计2个月以上的； 2）累计工作满10年不满20年的职工，请病假累计3个月以上的 3）累计工作满20年以上的职工，请病假累计4个月以上的。 2、补贴

（1）住房补贴：

1）一次性费用：公司报销搬迁、个人用品运输费用。

（2）生活补贴：

1）就餐补贴：公司提供免费工作午餐，或者是每月300元的就餐补贴。 2）娱乐补贴：企业为促进员工的身心健康，丰富员工的精神和文化生活而提供的补贴，补贴标准为150/月。

3）通讯费：根据各别工作岗位需求，实行定额报销通讯费用。具体标准为每月最高补贴200元。

（3）驻外补贴：

将员工派往欠发达地区生活成本较低，生活物价补贴为负值，但会产生生活不便，给员工带来感情、精力额外付出，甚至人身风险。尤其对于治安不良、政局不稳甚至动乱的地区，必须对员工作出大量补贴，才能补偿额外的无形支出。通常外派到相对落后、政局不稳的地区的员工获得的生活物价补贴和艰苦补贴之和要高于派往发达地区的，这样才能保证员工有动力去不发达地区工作。具体标准为10000元/年。

(4)探亲假期及补贴：

集团公司支付外派员工全家每年两次返回派出地的旅费，以补偿员工的休息或体力。

1）未婚员工父母家住外地或夫妻两地分居员工，每年享受两次探亲假，假期20天（可根据实际工作情况灵活安排），基本工资照发，并报销来回机票。

2）已婚员工的父母家住外地，每一年有两次（10天可灵活安排）探亲假，假期期间基本工资照发，并报销来回机票。

(5)节日补贴：

元旦节公司组织聚餐；劳动节、国庆节、春节、清明节公司给予员工100元的节日补贴，随当月的工资一同发放；端午节公司给每位员工发放粽子，中秋节公司给每位员工发放月饼和水果；妇女节为全体女职工发放纪念品（护肤品或者生活用品）；

(6)生日补贴：

员工过生日，公司送贺卡表示祝福，并送上八寸生日蛋糕。 (7)员工大事补贴:

当员工逢婚、育、大病和丧等个人大事时，公司给予员工礼金或慰问金200元。

1、授权

给予外派员工充分的自主权，让他们尽可能自由的管理贵州分公司的日常经营事务。

2、外派选拔制度

(1）人员选拔之前，先在公司内部发布外派岗位空缺的信息，让员工做好外派的准备。说明工作的条件、环境、工作性质。

(2）一方面对外派员工进行素质测评，根据外派人员的选拔标准，找出适合的员工；另一方面让员工认为自己的能力得到肯定与支持，增强工作的自豪感与成就感。

(3）调查了解员工的家庭条件，与其沟通，在家庭情况选择适合下外派。 (4）解决员工的后顾之忧。妥善安置员工配偶工作及其子女就学等问题 3、晋升协议的签署

签署组织承诺协议。远离总公司可能会让外派员工对以后职业生涯的前景感到悲观，签署承诺协议可以让员工具有安全感。协议的内容可以是外派期满之后，返回公司总部之后的两年或者三年提升工作的岗位等级。

4、合理的外派梯队

在原来外派员工期满后，应该适时地将下一批外派的员工送往子公司。因此公司应该建立完整的外派梯队，确立好外派的期限。

5、和外派员工的定期面谈

外派员工赴任之前可以先对员工本人及其家人进行沟通，阐述公司的发展战略，需要外派人员的必要性，并且对外派员工的职业生涯有详细的规划。并且外派员工外派期间的工作，绩效成绩做定期的反馈面谈，让他们感受到并没有被组织遗忘。

6、优先晋升

根据马斯洛的需求层次理论，外派的员工大都属于中高层，公司应充分考虑员工自我价值的实现。对于外派的员工，在以后的升迁的过程中应该给予优先权。
