【摘要】Objective: to analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment measures and significance of pulmonary fungal infection in respiratory department of internal medicine.Method: select our hospital pulmonary fungal infection in 90 patients as the research object, randomly divided into control group and study group, the control group was given Amoxicilin Capsules treatment, the research group were treated by fluconazole treatment.Results: the study group the treatment efficiency was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: fluconazole in the treatment of pulmonary fungal infection curative effect, and less adverse reaction, is an effective drug in the treatment of pulmonary fungal infection.%目的：：分析呼吸内科肺部真菌感染的临床诊治措施及意义。方法：选取我院收治的肺部真菌感染患者90例作为研究对象，随机均分为对照组及研究组，对照组给予阿莫西林胶囊进行治疗，研究组给予氟康唑进行治疗。结果：研究组治疗的有效率显著高于对照组，差异具有显著性(P＜0.05)。结论：氟康唑治疗肺部真菌感染疗效确切，且不良反应少，是有效的肺部真菌感染治疗药物。 【总页数】2页(263-264)
