Title Based process ing en terprises in in dustrial engineering in the application of certain Abstract Basic in dustrial engin eeri ng mai nly in troducte about the three classic content, the four practices - of the in dustrial program analysis, job analysis and work study engin eeri ng. program an alysis is based on Work Study; work research also in cludes method and work measureme nt. Among them, program an alysis, operatio ns an alysis, and work measureme nt method is \accepted four practices. In this paper, basic in dustrial engin eeri ng kno wledge based on the theory, made from multiple layers to improve product ion lines and eliminate wasted time of job processes, to our small and medium garment en terprises as an object, the garme nt producti on process an alysis, operational analysis, work measurement, line balancing and Labor quota in the industry were optimized. In small and medium garment enterprises to develop a suitable sta ndard working hours, to be used for product ion man ageme nt, the developme nt of fixed work ing hours and sta ndardiz ing operati ons and other actions to facilitate product ion, improve en terprise in the product ion of scie ntific and sta ndardized man ageme nt, thereby enhancing product ion efficie ncy.
