【摘要】Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound contrast ( hereinafter referred to as the color Doppler) in the diagnosis of gastric cancer . Methods January 2009 ～ December 2011 , 57 patients with clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer, preoperative underwent conventional ultrasound examination, oral echo contrast agent for ultrasound, operation and pathological diagnosis as the gold standard, combined with clinical analysis of ultrasound diagnosis value. Results 57 cases with oral echo contrast agent color Doppler sonography in the diagnosis of gastric carcinoma in 51 cases, consistent rate is 89. 5% , conventional abdominal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of 16 cases, showing the rate of 28. 1% , the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 01 ). Conclusion Oral contrast agent can eliminate air in the stomach and gastric mucus interference, improve the rate and accuracy of diagnosis.%目的 探讨彩色多普勒(简称彩超)超声造影对胃癌的诊断价值.方法 2009年1月～ 2011年12月临床诊断胃癌的患者57例,术前均进行了常规彩超检查,口服有回声的造影剂后进行彩超检查,以手术和病理诊断为标准,结合临床分析超声造影的诊断价值.结果 57例口服造影剂彩超诊断胃癌51例,符合率89.5％,普通腹部彩超诊断16例,显示率为28.1％,差
