浅谈中小企业现金流管理的问题及措施

【摘 要】现金流管理对于任何一个企业都是非常重要的，尤其是在经济飞速发展的今天，企业之间的竞争日趋激烈，想要在竞争中赢得自己的市场，中小企业必须加强对企业现金流的管理。论文从现金流管理的重要意义出发，分析了中小企业在现金流管理中存在的问题，并提出了几点改善策略，希望对中小企业现金流管理起到一定的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】The management of cash flow is very important in every enterprises. Nowadays， with the rapid development of economy，the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.In order to win the market in the competition， the small and medium-sized enterprises must strengthen the management of the cash flow.Based on the importance of cash flow

management，this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cash flow management of small and medium-sized enterprise， and puts forward some improvement strategies， hope to have some reference for the cash flow management of small and medium-sized enterprises. 【关键词】中小企业；现金流管理；问题；对策

众所周知，一个企业最为核心的部门就是企业的财务部门。因为财务部门掌管着企业最基本的运营资金，也就是掌管着公司的血脉。而财务管理中，最为关键的就是对企业现金流的管理，因此，必须加强企业现金流的管理。各个中小企业的领导，应该充分认识到企业现金流管理的重要性，并通过分别掌控企业现金的流入和流出情况，做好企业现金流的管理。 首先，做好现金流预算工作，确保企业正常运转。

其次，完善企业现金流管理制度，增加企业对现金流管理的重视度；再者，结合市场变化情况，适当调整对企业现金流管理的方案，保证企业现金流管理符合市场变动规律，在增加企业利润的同时，降低企业生产成本。[1]

最后，始终保障企业拥有一定的现金流量，避免出现资金完全被占用，企业无法持续运营的现象出现。
