不清楚 不满意 16.7% 0.0% 40.0% 50.0% 36.0% 50.0% 33．3% 64.0% 10.0% As can be seen from the above table, there are some differences among staffs of the company with regard to the satisfation of their work. 16.7% of the staff who are under the age of 40 feel satisfatied about their work.. While no staff among the age of 41-50% feels satisfied about it. Some of the staffs who are above the age of 50 feel satisfied with their job, taking up 40% of the total number. As to not satisfaction with their work, there are 50%, 36%, and 50% respectively.
What has possibly contributed to the differences of this phenomenon? Some driving factors can be summerized as follows. For one thing, it is closely related to the fierce competion in our society and daily life, for the past few decades have witnessed the rapid competition in the development of our society, which has exerted great influence on people’s mind towards the satisfaction with their work. For another, it has been associated with the apid development of the society and globalization, for it is generally acknowledged that the rapid development of the society and globalization are often regarded as decisive and determing factors in the emergence of such phenomenon.
From what has been discussed above, I strongly believe that staffs’ attitude towards satisfaction with their work reflects the situation of their work. Therefore, the government should take measures for the staffs so that they can find more safisfacition with work. In addtion, we should make the public more aware of the fierce competion of the society. Only in this way can we live in a more colorful and harmonious society.
