【摘要】The conventional MRI imaging technology has its shortcomings in the early diagnosis of cerebral infarction, new technology diffusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI) application, make up a deifciency. It uses the diffusion motion characteristics of water molecules, micro motion of water molecules, to study the disease and its development from the cell and molecular level. Imaging principle is to use the conventional SE sequences, 180 degrees in the focusing radiofrequency pulse before and after each plus a symmetrical position the last polar opposite gradient ifeld. Through some cases, through statistical analysis of the image by using MRI and DWI contrast scan, clinical practice for the diagnosis of the lesion conifrmed acute cerebral infarction, DWI has good sensitivity and speciifcity.
