航空接插件的工艺及夹具设计
摘要:航空接插件用于航空设备上各种线缆的连接,种类繁多,是一种非标准零件,生产批量大,精度要求较高。以其中一种接插件为对象,设计其加工工艺、数控程序、工装夹具。机械产品的生产过程是改变生产对象的形状、尺寸、相对位置及性质,使其成为成品或半成品的过程称为工艺过程。采用机械加工的方法,直接改变毛坯的形状、尺寸和表面质量等,使其成为零件的过程称为机械加工工艺流程。比如一个普通零件的加工工艺流程是粗加工-精加工-装配-检验-包装,就是各加工的笼统的流程。
夹具是机械制造过程中用来固定加工对象,使之占有正确的位置,以接受施工或检测的装置。

Process and fixture design of the aviation connector
Abstract: Air connectors for connecting various cables on aviation equipment, a wide range, is a non-standard parts, production volume, high precision. In one of the connector for the object, the design of its processing technology, the NC program, tooling and fixtures. Production machinery is to change the shape, size, relative position and the nature of the production target, making it the finished or semi-finished products is called Process. Mechanical processing methods, directly change the shape, dimensions and surface quality of the blank and so on, and to become part of the process is called machining process. For example, a common part of the process flow is roughing - finishing - Assembly - Inspection - Packaging, this is the general flow of each process. Mechanical jig is a manufacturing process for fixing the object, so that occupies the correct position to accept the construction or detection means.
