浅析国外钻井工具技术的进展

摘要：随着我国石油勘探行业的大力发展，对于钻井工具技术的研究也在不断的深入。但是由于我国制造业的不发达性，钻井工具技术的发展相对于一些西方国家来说，还有较大的差距。本文主要介绍了国外垂直钻井工具、旋冲钻井工具等两类类钻井工具技术的发展，并进一步阐述了国外目前所研发的小井眼钻井工具技术的发展。为我国钻井技术的发展趋势提供了有力的理论基础。

Abstract: as China’s oil exploration of the industry to develop the technology for drilling tool of the research is also in constant depth. But because of China’s manufacturing industry underdevelopment, drilling tool technology development relative to some western countries for, and larger gap. This paper mainly introduces the vertical drilling tools, foreign spin blunt drilling tool etc. Two kinds of drilling tool technology development, and further expounds the abroad at present the development of slimhole drilling tool technology development. For the trend of the development of our country the drilling technology provides a strong theoretical basis.

钻井工具是石油勘探、油气开发行业中重要的机械设备之一，随着我国油气开发范围不断的扩大，勘探工程的地理环境也趋于复杂化，特别是对于海洋中油气钻井技术的发展来说，对于钻井工具的要求也是越来越高，因此对于钻井工具技术的研究具有一定的现实意义。近年来，国外一些国家在钻井工具技术方面投入了大量的资金以及人力资源，故在钻井工具技术方面得到了很大的发展，特别是在垂直钻井工具、旋冲钻井工具以及固井工具等几类钻井工具技术方面的研究成果是值得我们学习的。

一、探究国外垂直钻井工具技术的发展

随着我国勘探行业的大力发展，钻井工具在石油工程中具有重要的地位，如今勘探开发正在朝着区域复杂化的方向发展，各种复杂勘探环境对于钻井工具的要求也在不断提高，为了更好地能够让垂直钻井工具在勘探过程中能够按着既定的设计路线进行石油勘探，国外的很多国家都致力于对垂直钻井技术的精度控制，国际上已经研制出比较智能化的垂直钻井系统。
