My Favorite Sports ( Running, Swimming )
It is known to us all that exercises can bring us a lot of benefits, so doing sports is one of the most popular activities for many people. It helps to lose weight, to keep a good figure and to live a healthy and happy life. There are so many reasons that I can not tell you any one of them. As for me, l like swimming and running best.
Among all the sports, running is one of my favorites. Running is widely
considered to be one of the most efficient ways to lose weight and stay healthy, but it is not so good if you run on an empty stomach. If you run on am empty stomach, you body is forced to use the energy that is not available at that time. Second, it is a good way to help calm people down when they are not themselves. So when you get stuck with you work, just run, and you are sure to feel better after it.
I am fond of swimming, too. First of all, it is a good way to stay alive when flood is coming, and that’s why there are so many schools having this lesson in PE class. Besides, it is a whole-body movement, which can enable muscles of people’s body can get enough training. And lots of energy will be cost when people do it, so it is a healthy way to help people take off some weight. On the other hand, it is said to have the power of making people become thinner and taller. In my opinion, it is one of the most enjoyable things to go swimming in a hot summer because I live in Chongqing, a city with a nickname of “stove”. It can cool our
body from head to toe. In a word, swimming can do great benefit to us.
Above all, no matter what you like best, regular exercises are necessary for everybody, and we had better keep a good habit of doing sports regularly.

If you ask me what sport is my favorite sport I will tell you it is running.
如果你问我我最喜欢的运动是什么,我会告诉你是跑步。
I like running because I think it’s a funny and easy sport. I can do it by myself. I was not very healthy when I was a little child. So my father took me running with him. He said it’s good for me. At first I didn’t like it at all. But after a few weeks I felt great when I was running. Therefore I go to running every three days. Now some of my classmates run with me. We always talk to each other. I like this sport.
我喜欢跑步,因为我认为这是一个有趣和容易的运动。我可以自己做。我是不是很健康,当我还是个小孩子。所以,我的父亲带我和他一起跑。他说,这是为我好。起初,我不喜欢它。但几个星期后,我感觉棒极了,当我跑。所以,我去跑,每三天。现在,我的一些同学跑了我。我们总是互相交谈。我喜欢这项运动。
My Favorite Sport :Badminton
Badminton is one of my favorite sports. From Monday to Friday, I ‘m
busy with my study, so I often play it on weekends. During the holidays, I play it five times a week. I often play badminton for about two hours each time in the gym. There are a lot of people who are ggod at playing it. I like to play it with them. Playing badminton makes me strong and healthy.
I think you like to do sports. If you don’t like to do sports, I think
that you are a thin and unhealthy people then. You must to do sports therefore from now on.
My Favorite Sport :Basketball
My favorite sport is basketball. I have been playing it since ten when
I was selected into the basketball team just because the captain felt that my height was ideal for it. I was reluctant to join because I did not really like to sweat. However, I realised it is a very exciting sport and I have learnt teamwork and determination from it.
