Q: What do you think are the new characters of teaching nowadays? A: I think psychology is mentioned and used in education much more than before. Teachers pay more attention to students' feelings and ideas while teaching. This is very precious and scientific. In addition, technology is used in all possible ways in education now to make students learn more easily.
Q: How are you going to give lessons to little kids? Do you have any special ideas?
A: I think I am going to use all kinds of materials that are available such as CD player, pictures, word cards, TV, magazines, games and so on in my lessons.
I am going to use different teaching methods to help children. Q: What is the difference between teaching elementary and middle school students?
A: Well, while teaching little kids, a teacher has to be more
patient. He or she has to use lots of songs, games, body languages to help students learn.Teaching junior high school kids is a little bit different. I can introduce some grammar or give them more written work.
Q: If we hire you, how long will you stay with us?
A: As long as my position here allows me to learn and to advance at a pace consistent with my abilities, I will be always here.
