摘要

为消除某企业加工车间的粉尘危害，本文以该车间为研究对象，将三个振动筛设为C1系统，将两个喷砂室设为C2系统，以多种通风设计资料书为参考，为两个系统设计、选择排风罩、除尘器以及管路，并分别对两个系统进行水力计算，保证两个系统阻力平衡，达到预期的功能。从而有效控制该车间的粉尘散发，保证职工的健康。

关键词：加工车间；振动筛；喷砂室；除尘系统

ABSTRACT

In this design,the five processing platform which is a part of an enterprise’s processing workshop is chosen as the subject,according to various of ventilation design data books,we design a set of dust removal system for the processing workshop by using the knowledge about ventiliation that we have learned.The dust removral system is designed to control the dust pollution and the gas pollution produced from three vibrating screen’s working time and two Sandblasting room’s working time ,thus guaranteeing that the worker who work in the processing workshop have a healthily,safely,comfortable work environment.
