【摘要】目的：测定不同产地党参中党参炔苷的含量，为建立党参的质量标准提供参考。方法采用HPLC，Dionex Acclaim C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm，5μm）；乙腈-水（22：78）为流动相；检测波长267 nm；柱温为30℃。结果在此色谱条件下，党参炔苷分离度良好，11批不同产地的党参中党参炔苷的含量范围为14.7～158.6μg/g。结论此法操作简便易行，结果稳定可靠，可用于评价党参的质量。%Objective To determine the content of lobetyolin in Codonopsis Radix from different habitats by HPLC for establishing quality standard. Methods A Dionex Acclaim C18 Column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm)was used with acetonitrile-water(22:78)as the mobile phase and UV detection was at 267 nm under 30℃ Column temperature. Results Under the selected conditions, the lobetyolin peak in chromatograms was completely separated from other peaks. 11 batches of Codonopsis Radix from different habitats were analyzed. The content of lobetyolin ranged from 14.7-158.6 μg/g. Conclusion The method can be simple, reproducible and reliable. It can be used to control the quality of Codonopsis Radix. 【总页数】3页(37-38,39)
