建筑工程中成本分析与成本控制

摘要：伴随当前我国社会经济发展速度进一步加快，人们在建筑方面的需求也在逐步提高，各种各样的建筑工程在社会需求下逐步展开，然而在工程项目管理的过程中成本控制是非常关键的。工程当中的每一个环节都需要消耗一定的成本，如果无法合理的进行规划，可能会导致成本浪费或者成本过高等问题，本文重点对建筑工程中的成本分析和成本控制进行研究，以供参考。

Abstract： With the further acceleration of China's social and economic development， people's demand for construction is gradually increasing. Various construction projects are gradually carried out under the social demand. However， cost control is very important in the process of project management. Every link in the project needs to consume a certain cost. If it can't be planned reasonably， it may lead to cost waste or high cost. This paper focuses on cost analysis and cost control in construction engineering for reference. 关键词：建筑工程;成本;控制
