全面从严治党战略布局下大学生入党积极分子长效培养机制的构建

摘 要：在全面从严治党的战略布局下，高校学生党建工作有了新的、更高的要求。目前，大学生入党积极分子的培养工作存在理论培训不科学、缺乏实践锻炼等问题，很难对入党积极分子产生长期、深远的影响。文章对入党积极分子的培训现状进行了总结，并对如何建立入党积极分子长效培养机制提出了建议。

Nowadays， the cultivation of activists of Party application among university students has many problems， such as unscientific theoretic cultivation， lack of practical activities and so on. Activists of Party application can't have long-term， profound and lasting influences after cultivation. In this article， the writer analyses the current situation of the cultivation of activists of Party application and proposes some suggestions for building a profound and lasting training mechanism to cultivate activists of Party application among university students.

目前，全面从严治党的战略布局已经引领各级党建工作进入一个新常态。全面从严治党的要求落实到高校基层学生党建工作，要求我们以更稳妥的态度、更严格的要求、更新颖的举措、更务实的方法，抓好源头，从大学生入党积极分子的长效培养机制入手，努力解决入党积极分子培养工作中存在的各项问题。 一、当前大学生入党积极分子存在的问题 （一）入党动机存在偏差
