摘要
我国汽车一业高速度完成长,神州汽车需求年均增加,远远跨越世界年均4%的增加速率我国已成为世界第二大汽车消费国今朝,我国汽车持有量(除139)万辆三轮汽车外为3595万辆,私人汽车领有量达到2985万辆跟着汽车持有量的不断增加,汽配畅通市场获患上了空前的快速度完成长,达到了980亿元市场规模汽车产业链中要害一环的汽车清洗占了汽车使容貌美丽项目的大头。随着我国汽车保有量的迅速提高,汽车清洗行业迎来了一个又一个重要的发展机遇,自助洗车机作为洗车工作必不可少的设备,其清洗效果,清洗速度,清洗成本以及对节水和环境保护的要求,成为其开发和生产必须要考虑的内容。
本文主要通过对自助洗车机功能要求和运行分析,确定了自助洗车机的总体设计方案。设计投币100元或者大于100元时自助洗车机并主要进行了自助洗车机的驱动和控制系统的设计,针对自助洗车机的特点,采用自助投币,喷水,洗刷,喷洒清洗剂和风干等过程,应用了可编程控制技术对自助洗车机PLC控制系统进行了硬件设计和软件编程。PLC采用梯形图编程语言,并应用了组态王软件,对其运行过程实行监控,最终达到了实现自助洗车机的传动和控制要求。
