Materials for teaching 三个羽毛球及一个圆圈(用于投掷羽毛球) 两个乒乓球拍及几根羽毛 动物的头饰

字母组合的读音卡片 运功用词的图片 用报纸剪五个圆圈 两条围巾

教师按照第七部分的样式,做出几张不同颜色的纸,

比如蓝色方块、红色方块及绿色方块

单元教学活动1 Look, say, sing and play. 教师上课时问学生:“Do you like to have fun? Do you like to have fun on the playground? Do you like to have fun in the classroom? Today we cannot go to the playground, but we can have fun in the classroom.”

a) Shuttlecock-throwing. “First of all, let?s throw the shuttlecock. We have six groups here. Each person can throw the shuttlecock three times. Then we?ll count them altogether. We?ll give ten points for each shuttlecock thrown into the circle. Now Group 1,3, 5come here first.” 教师让三个学生各拿一个圈分开一些站在前面,并让三个组的同学排队每人扔三次球,同时在黑板上给每个组记分。

b) Feather race. 拿乒乓球拍托着羽毛跑。教师让学生站在教室的后墙处,然后,让学生托

着羽毛跑到黑板处。“Now let?s play another game. Each group can choose two person to stand at the back. They need to hold the ping pang bats, but with a piece of feather on each bat. Then they need to go to the blackboard without letting the feather fall off the bats.”教师做个示范,给学生演示一下。“The person who still has the feather on the bat will get 10 points.” c) Musical Island. 教师让学生到教室的后面,围成一圈,然后选六个学生到中间参加游戏。

教师说:“We are going to choose six people to stand in the middle. They are going to listen to

some music. When the music stops, each students should quickly step onto the newspaper inland will be out. Then, we?ll go on with the music. Let?s see who is the last person that has still got the newspaper island.”

d) Back-to-Back Stand. 教师可以让两个男生或两个女生背靠背蹲下,并将胳膊挎在一起。

e) Mimic the Animal Sound. 教师找一些学生到前面,然后,教师给他们戴上头饰,但不让

他们本人知道。让班级同学给他们描述他们需要学叫的动物,但不许说出动物的名称。教师可以这样组织课堂:“Now let?s play a more interesting game. I want to find a person to come to the front. Who wants to come here?” 有学生到前面后,教师说:“Now come and stand here. But you can?t see what?s on your head. We?ll ask your friends to describe about the animal. You guess it and then mimic the sound of the animal. If your guess is right, you?ll get 10 point.” 教师可以让大家每次说一种动物。 如果有时间的话,教师可以让学生学几种动物的动作。如,kangaroo walk, elephant walk, bear walk, rabbit hop and frog hop 等。

教师可以让学生在活动之间学习本部分的歌曲,把学歌曲作为调节课堂纪律的一种活动。在学歌曲之前,教师要先带领大家用节奏的方式说出这些句子。

第一部分一共有七个活动,在上课之前老师要准备好所有的活动,上课后,直接把学生带到操场上一边活动,一边学习有关活动的这些短语。要求老师一定要做好充分的准备。 单元教学活动2 Listen, read, think and say. 第二部分是阅读、理解、思考及问答的活动。教师首先问学生:“Where are you now? Yes, you are on chair. But where is the chair? The chair is in the room. Where is the room? It?s in a house. Where is the house? The house is in the street. Where is the street? It?s in Beijing. Where is Beijing? It?s in China. China is so big, but I can still find you. You are on the chair in the classroom.” 教师可以引导学生从小地方说起,逐渐扩大地点。可以复习到预备级所学到的地点名词。

单元教学活动3 Look and make a sentence. 第三部分是辨认形容词并用所给的形容词造句。教师先拿出图片问大家:“Is the giraffe tall or short?” 接着,教师再问:“Is the goat tall? Which is bigger, the elephant or the frog? I the girl young? Is the man old?” 教师提问之后对学生说:“Listen carefully, I say a word, please give me the opposite word. For example, I say, ?tall?, you can say ?short.? Do you understand? Let?s begin.” 学生练习几遍以后,教师说:“Now let?s make sentences with the given word.” 教师让学生造句。

单元教学活动4 Listen and write. 第四部分是单词拼写练习。教师可以用红粉笔元音字母写在黑板上,带着大家度几遍字母本身的音,然后再带着大家读它们闭音节的短音。读音之后,教师可以对大家说:“Now look at the pictures and write out the missing letters. Let?s see who can finish them quickly.” 学生写的时候,教师要注意观察他们是否明白,是否有很多的困难。如果不会写的人太多,教师还应加强单词的记忆训练。比如,教师带着大家说d-o-g并按发音来拼写。写好了之后,可以让学生多读几遍,找找规律。 单元教学活动5 Let’s play.

第五部分是游戏。此游戏是让学生听音乐坐椅子。教师先让10个男生参加,但准备9把椅子。音乐响的时候,这些人围着椅子转,音乐一停,大家要坐在椅子上,而且要10个人坐9把椅子。等大家再次听音乐之前,教师需拿下一把椅子,音乐停的时候,教师要让10个人坐8把椅子,这样类推下去,看最后大家是否互相照顾,是否3把椅子能坐10个人。教

师这样说:“Now we are going to play a game. It?s called ?music chair.? We have nine chairs but we have ten boys. When the music starts, you all go around the chairs. When the music stops, you quickly sit on the nine chairs. Remember all children should sit down. Then we take away another chair and you still sit on the given chairs. OK?” 男生完成后,可以让女生进行一组。也可以做成抢椅子的游戏,在游戏中完成这部分。 单元教学活动6 Let’s say and act.

第六部分需要学生坐动作。教师可以先让大家认读单词和图片,然后再组织大家一起玩。教师说:“Let?s play a game. Listen and do. Jump. Run. Hop. Bend down. Walk. Sit down. Stand up. Kick!” 之后,教师可以让学生给指令,大家继续做动作。当然了,也可以反过来,老师做动作,学生来猜单词。

单元教学活动7 An activity.

第七部分是一个有趣的试验。教师让大家打开教材,看该单元的第七部分。教师说:“Look at these black squares for a minute or two. Do you start to see the black spots at the junctions of the white lines?” 说到“junctions”时教师有意识地指连接处,并问大家:“What colour spot can you see?” 当学生回答黑色之后,教师拿出事先准备好的蓝色方块,红色方块及绿色方块依次问学生。

单元教学活动8 Read and write.

第八部分是看图读句子,写Yes 或者No。教师可以让学生自己写答案,然后在全班范围内对一下答案。

单元教学活动9 Listen, look, point and say.

第九部分是字母组合ay 的读音练习。此读音相对比较容易掌握,所以教师可以在学生朗读之后,适当做一些听写。比如bay, day, fay, gay, hay, jay, lay, may, nay, pay, ray, say, way, clay, play。

教师中需要注意的地方 本单元属于游戏课,其根本的原因是让学生在期末的学习中再一次地感到快乐。一个学期的学习即将结束,教师应给学生留下一个美好的印象,特别是应该让学生将所学到的东西熟练运用。 课后作业

学生准备一首英语歌曲或一个英语歌谣,准备在课上说,并自编一个谜语。 天天练,描红 ,听读练习

把所学的动作表演给家长看,然后能自己说出表演的动作名称。
