益肾汤治疗IgA肾病大量蛋白尿22例疗效观察

【摘要】Objective To observe the effect of Yishen Decoction in treating IgA nephrotic massive albuminuria.Methods 44 cases of IeA nephropathy massive albuminuria are randomized into a treatment group and a control group.The control group is give.conventional western medical treatment,and the treatment group is given Yishen Decoction on the basis of conventional western medical treatment.Both groups are treated for a therapeutic period of 6 months.Observe the indexes of urine protein,serum creatinine(Scr),and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)24 hours before and after the treatment.Results The total efficiency of the treatment group and the control group is 86.36%,and 54.55%respectively.There is significant difference between the two groups.Besides,the treatment group is better at reducing albuminuria and protecting renal function than the control group.Conclusion Yishen Decoction is good at treating IgA nephrofic albuminuria.%目的 观察益肾汤治疗IgA肾病大量蛋白尿的临床效果.方法 将44例leA肾病大量蛋白尿患者随机分为治疗组和对照组组.对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上口服益肾汤,6个月为1疗程.观察治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐(Ser)、血尿素氮(BUN).结果 治疗组总有效率为86.36%,对照组54.55%.两组比较,有显著性差异
