【摘要】At present, our use of hepatitis A vaccine, inactivated vaccine and live attenuated vaccines two kinds, which in most parts of the hepatitis A vaccine into the EPI is a live attenuated vaccine, however, developed countries in Europe and the United States, the use of inactivated hepatitis A vaccine. Through the research literature, the inactivated hepatitis A vaccine and live attenuated vaccine that inactivated vaccine safety, the protection period, time to produce antibodies, apply to emergency vaccination,which can be used in conjunction with other vaccines is superior to live attenuated vaccine, and one-dose schedule of live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine is ineffective, the need to strengthen immunity.%目前，我国使用的甲肝疫苗，有灭活疫苗和减毒活疫苗两种，其中大部分地区纳入计划免疫的甲肝疫苗是减毒活疫苗，然而在欧美发达国家，采用的是甲肝灭活疫苗。通过调研相关文献，对甲肝灭活疫苗和减毒活疫苗进行比较，认为甲肝灭活疫苗在安全性，保护期，产生抗体时间，适用于应急接种，可与其他疫苗一起使用等方面优于减毒活疫苗，并且，甲肝减毒活疫苗的一针免疫程序效果欠佳，需要加强免疫。 【总页数】2页(92-93)
