宁波汽车销售人员工作满意度研究
摘 要
为了提高组织功能的有效性,适应竞争加剧及企业内外部环境的日益复杂、多变的形势,留住人才,吸引人才,员工工作满意度越来越被企业管理者重视。关于员工满意度研究,国外研究学者已经取得了较高的成就,但是我国在这方面的研究尚处于起步阶段,而且相同的研究对象,在不同的经济背景以及人文背景下,国外研究所得出的成果不一定适用于中国。因此,本研究基于知识经济时代的要求,探求宁波汽车销售人员工作满意度情况及其影响因素,这对于推进中国文化背景下的员工满意度的管理实践具有现实意义。
本研究基于员工的不同意见和看法,提出了员工满意度的影响因素维度,分别对其进行了分析,来帮助企业逐步适应经济形势,增强企业竞争力。
