摘 要
本设计为日产280吨硫酸盐杨木浆，重点设计洗选漂车间。厂址设在鱼米之乡江苏省淮安市。我国的制浆原料，既有木材，也有竹子、草类等非木材原料。2006年，我国造纸原料中木材原料占56%。为了解决造纸纤维原料的短缺，促进造纸工业持续发展，国家正在实施林浆纸一体工程建设，大力发展木浆。我国造纸工业原料结构调整的战略目标为：10年后，逐步形成以木材纤维为主，扩大废纸回收利用和科学合理使用非木材纤维的多元化原料结构。
本设计以商业杨木为原料，采用立式蒸煮锅间歇蒸煮，通过蒸汽装锅器装锅。蒸煮后的浆料经过两段鼓式置换洗浆机洗涤并且回收黑夜，洗涤后的浆料再通过压力除节机以及两段CX筛进行筛选，筛选后的浆料再经三段锥形除渣器除渣。经过洗涤筛选之后的浆料再通过两段氧漂以及两段氧漂后的ECF（DEPD）漂白，漂白后的浆料存入贮浆池供抄纸车间使用。 关键词：木浆；洗涤；筛选；两段氧漂；D(EP)D。

ABSTRACT
This design for nissan 280 tons of sulfate Yang pulp, key design washing bleaching workshop. Site in the land of fish and rice jiangsu huaian. In order to solve the shortage of papermaking fiber materials, and promote sustainable development and papermaking industry country is implementing an app. Lin engineering construction, vigorously develop wood pulp. China papermaking industrial raw material structure adjustment strategic objectives for: ten years later, gradually formed by using wood fiber primarily, expand waste paper recycling, scientific and reasonable use non-lumber fibrous diversified raw material structure.
