摘 要
随着经济全球化浪潮的推动,企业社会责任已成为我国企业实现可持续发展的重要管理手段,同时也是提升我国企业核心竞争力的重要课题。改变我国企业社会责任缺失的现状,应该在建立一套适应我国国情的企业社会责任信息披露机制、加强立法监督、增强公众的参与、制定认证标准,形成综合评价体系等方面作出更多努力。
本文分析的是我国企业的社会责任,企业作为一个盈利性的社会经济组织,是社会有机体不可分割的一部分,是各种利益相关者利益的集合体。企业社会责任不仅是社会对企业的道义要求,还是企业可持续发展的战略工具,是企业社会性与经济性的动态整合,是企业对其利益相关者所承担的法律责任、伦理道德责任、经济责任、公益责任的综合体。

Abstract
As the tide of economic globalization, driven by corporate social responsibility has become an important management tool for achieving sustainable development of enterprises, also the important task of promoting enterprise's core competitiveness. To change the present lack of corporate social responsibility in China, the government should establish a mechanism of corporate social responsibility information disclosure of China's national conditions, enhance legislative oversight, strengthen of popular participation, develop certification standards, and form a comprehensive assessment system ,which need more efforts.
This analysis is the social responsibility of enterprises. As a for-profit social and economic organization, Enterprise is an integral part of the social organism, and a collection of various stakeholder interests. Corporate social responsibility is not only a moral imperative of the social enterprise, but also is the strategy of sustainable development of an enterprise tool, and is the integration of social and economic dynamics of the enterprise. Enterprise is the company to its stakeholders the liability of legal, ethical and moral responsibility, financial responsibility, public liability complexes.
