【摘要】Objective:To explore the application of CT imaging in the elderly malignant tumor before and after radiotherapy. Methods:120 patients with elderly malignant tumor were selected.CT imaging was used

radiotherapy method;9 patients were given the correct diagnosis again;23 patients changed the tumor staging.Conclusion:Using CT imaging examination in elderly malignant tumor before radiotherapy can improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,try to avoid missed lesions,and make radiotherapy plan more reasonable.%目的：探讨CT显像在老年恶性肿瘤放射治疗前后的应用。方法：收治老年恶性肿瘤患者120例，在放射治疗前后用CT显像进行病灶扫描和分析，对肿瘤分期和治疗方法进行确定。结果：16例患者调整了放射治疗剂量，23例患者重新确定了放射靶区，8例患者改变了放射治疗目的，20例患者改变了放射治疗方法，9例患者给予重新修正诊断，23例患者改变了肿瘤分期。结论：在老年恶性肿瘤放射治疗前
