浅谈紧缩性货币政策对投资理财的影响

展由偏快到过热的担忧。为了调整这种经济局势，中央银行决定采取稳中从紧的货币政策来对我国经济进行宏观调控。

紧缩性货币政策的主要手段有提高存款准备金率、提高存贷款基准利率、定向发行票据和公开市场业务等。在紧缩性货币政策实施的过程中，会对整体国民经济产生影响。各经济主体的投资理财活动作为经济活动中的一个重要组成部分也会受到不同程度的影响。

本文先对实施紧缩性货币政策的必要性进行阐述，分析紧缩性货币政策对主要的投资理财行为的影响，包括个人投资者、中小企业和房地产投资商，最后提出相关应对策略、建议。

But, when the economy is developing stably and also has very many serious issues in our country economy stable fast development process: The investment increased range stays at a high level, the currency credit grows quickly, the trade surplus expands unceasingly, the inhabitant expends the price

increase scope to increase steadily and so on. This has caused the government and the people from all walks of life to our country economy development from quickly to superheat worrying. In order to adjust this kind of economical situation, the government and the central bank decided adopts steadily comes from the tight monetary policy to our country economy to carry on the macroeconomic regulation and control.

This article to implements the compactness monetary policy the necessity to

carry on the elaboration first, analyzes the compactness monetary policy to the main investment managing finances behavior influence, including individual investor, the small and medium-sized enterprise and the real estate investor, puts forward the related dealing with strategy proposal finally.

前 言

改革开放以来，特别是最几年我国经济得到了迅速的发展，整体上呈现出大好局面。但是我国经济在追求稳定快速发展的过程中却出现了种种不均衡问题，如投资增幅一直处在高位，货币信贷增长偏快、贸易顺差不断扩大、结构调整比较滞后、居民消费价格指数居高不下等。产生这些问题的根源是流通中的货币资金过多，也就是说流动性过剩是导致这些问题的罪魁祸首。针对经济运行中的这些问题，中央银行决定采取宏观调控政策来防止我国经济发展由偏快转为过热。紧缩性货币政策就是当前实施的宏观政策中最重要的调控政策。主要的政策手段有提高存款准备金率、提高存贷款基准利率和定向发行央行票据等。

在实施紧缩性货币政策的过程中，各种经济行为都有可能在不同程度上受到政策调控的影响，投资理财是经济行为重要的组成部分，理所当然也会受到影响，不同的投资理财行为受到的影响也是不一样的。面对紧缩性货币政策，各经济主体应如何应对它所带来的影响呢？
