目的和要求
(1)熟悉基本指法和键位 (2)熟悉打字的的基本要领 (3)掌握打字的正确姿势 (4)输入方法简介
内容和步骤
（1）登录Windows 操作系统，打开“写字板”或“记事本”；
（2） 指法与键位

左小指 左无左名指中左食指 右右右中无食指名指指 右小指 （3）基本要领
1) ASDF 、JKL;八个基本键位，除两个拇指
外的八个手指总是对准这八个基本键位；
2) 每个手指都有它的管辖范围，击打后
立即回到基本键位，逐渐练出节奏感；

3) 左右拇指负责击打空格键，左手击键
时，由右手拇指击打空格键，右手击键时，由左手拇指击打空格键； 4) 剪短指甲，坐姿端正；
