求数组下标的下界、上界
格式:
LBound(ArrayName[,Dimension]) UBound(ArrayName[,Dimension])
其中,ArrayName数组名,Dimension指定第几维
例如:
Dim x(-10 To 100,-5 To 40) LBound (x,1)得到x数组第1维的下界值-10

UBound (x,2) 得到x数组第2维的上界值40
