摘 要
磁盘碎片程度对磁盘性能、磁盘寿命会产生影响。本文详细介绍了俩种典型的文件系统的结构，并深入分析了文件碎片产生的原因。介绍了影响文件系统碎片度的几种重要因素，根据对这几项因素提出了文件系统碎片度的评估模型，用来对文件系统的碎片化程度进行评估。此外，本论文分别提出了基于文件最近访问时间、基于文件不同类型等文件系统碎片整理算法，优化文件系统I/O性能，并对算法效果进行了测试，验证的上述算法的有效性。
建立了一个基于本文提出的碎片整理算法，集文件系统碎片分析、整理及优化为一体的文件系统碎片整理原型系统——AsDefrag。深入的介绍了该系统从设计到开发的详细内容。此外还开发了一款磁盘老化工具，为碎片整理算法测试提供测试环境。

Abstract
Serious disk fragmentation will not only affect the disk performance, but also affect the life of the disk. This paper describes some typical file systems and file fragmentation causes. At the same time, it describes the impact of file system fragmentation of several important factors, and file system fragmentation assessment model used to assess the degree of fragmentation of the file system. In addition, this paper comes up with two file system defragmentation algorithm to optimize the file system I / O performance and test the two algorithms to prove it’s effectiveness.
Develop a defrag software- AsDefrag which get file system fragmentation, defragmentation and optimization in one system, based on the defragmentation algorithm proposed in this paper. we presents deep introduction to the details of this system from design to development. In order to provide a good test environment for the disk defragment program, we also develop a tool that can make the disk fragmented quickly, which can ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
