Sustained, rapid and healthy development, economic system reform has achieved breakthrough progress in opening up the overall pattern of shape, the urban and rural people's living standards have improved significantly with the overall development of various undertakings. Whenever we look back on these events, the Chinese people will never forget that these achievements are embodied all the foreign experts, overseas Chinese experts and the vast majority of our international friends to cooperate in good faith efforts and sweat. According to our incomplete statistics, from the reform and opening up in 1979 to 1995, candidates were invited to work in China the country (territory) outside experts to reach 490,000 people, the types of work in China this year, experts estimate more than 80,000 people.
