摘要 摘要

板带钢是钢铁产品的主要品种之一,广泛应用于工业,农业,交通运输和建筑业。宽带钢在我国国民经济中的发展中需求量很大。世界各国近年来都在注重研制和使用连铸连轧等新技术和新设备来生产板带钢。

热轧带钢是重要的钢材品种,对整个钢铁工业的技术进步和经济效益有着重要影响。发达国家热轧带钢产量约占热轧钢材的50%以上,并在国际市场竞争中居于领先地位。我国钢铁工业近年来产量增长较快,但高附加值产品的数量和质量较低。我国一般热轧带钢产品厚度下限是1.8mm,但实际上只生产很少厚度小于2.0mm的热轧带钢,即使窄带钢,产品厚度一般也大于2.5mm。因此,相当一部分希望使用厚度小于2mm带钢作原料的用户,只得使用冷轧带钢。如果能开发薄规格的热轧带钢,则可代替相当一部分的冷轧带钢使用,能使生产成本大为降低。

本设计是年产300万吨的热轧板带钢车间工艺设计。产品规格为:(2.0~10.0)×(700~1600)mm。所用钢种为:普碳钢、合金结构钢、不锈钢(约含25%)。

设计主要内容包括:原料的选择、生产工艺的制定、典型产品工艺计算、主要设备和辅助设备的选择,并且对主要设备(轧辊和电机)的能力进行了校核,对车间主要经济指标、生产车间布置和环境保护,进行了设计和规划。

ABSTRACT ABSTRACT

Strip is one of steel and iron product. It plays an important role in the industry, agriculture, transportation and construction. The demand on the small section is very enormous in our country national economy development. In recent years, many new technologies and equipments, such as continuous casting-rolling, are developed to produce the small size in cross-section alloy steel shape in the various countries.

Strip is important steel varieties, the steel industry technology progress and economic benefit has an important influence. Developed countries strip production accounts for about 50% of the hot rolling steel or above, and in the international market competition is in a leading position. Our country steel industry in recent years output is growing rapidly, but the number of high value-added products and quality is low. China's general strip products is 1.8 mm thickness lower limit, but in fact the only produce less than 2.0 mm of thickness of the little strip, even if narrow strip steel, the products are also more than 2.5 mm thickness. Therefore, a considerable number of hope to use less than 2 mm steel strip thickness as raw materials users, had to use cold strip. If can develop the specifications of the thin strip, can be quite part of cold rolled strips of instead of use, can make the production cost greatly reduced.

The design is a manufacturing workshop of hot rolling plate with a output of 3000 thousand tons.Its product specifications range from (2.0~10.0)×(700~1600)mm, used steels of carbon steel、alloyed steel、stainless steel(25%)。

The paper mainly includes the selection of raw material and subsidiary facilities and main facilities, formulation of produce technology, technology calculation of the typical production, proofreading the capacity of main fatuities (including rollers and the electrical machinery). Setting about the products design it plans exactly the main economy norm of the workshop and its arrangement , environment protection and so on
