【摘要】Objective To analyze optimization program of dosage ratio for Zhiqiao Gancao de-coction in treating spinal cord injury. Methods 108 male SD rats were prepared. The T13 spinal cord injury model in rats were induced by leverage theory. All the rats were randomly divided into

eight

groups

(n=12),model

group,positive

drug

(methylprednisolone)group,TCM groups(1,2,3,4,5, 6). The remaining 12 rats belonged to sham operation group. TCM groups were gavaged by uniform design Zhiqiao Gancao decoction. Positive group was injected intraperitoneally with methylpred-nisolone. Model and sham operation groups were given the same volume of fresh distilled water. The drugs were given continuously for 14 days,once a day. The BBB score and CBS score were used to evaluate the motor function and neurological function of the rats on 3 h,1 d,3 d,7 d,14 d after modeling. Results The efficacy of Zhiqiao Gancao decoction in treating spinal cord injury rats was satisfactory. BBB scores and CBS scores of TCM group 4 were higher than the other groups. Conclusion TCM group 4 (Zhiqiao 20 g,Gancao 5 g,Danggui 25 g,Ezhu 10 g,Dahuang 30 g,Mangxiao 15 g) is the optimized program of Zhiqiao Gancao decoction.%目的：探讨“枳壳甘草
