中药联合糖皮质激素治疗Vogt-小柳-原田病的临床研究

【摘要】目的 探讨葛根素联合糖皮质激素治疗Vogt-小柳 - 原田病的临床疗效.方法 将32例(64只眼)诊断为Vogt-小柳 - 原田病的患者随机分为两组,对照组17例(34只眼),单纯应用糖皮质激素治疗;治疗组15例(30只眼),应用糖皮质激素同时给予葛根素治疗.观察两组治疗前后患者视力,眼部变化,荧光血管造影,吲哚菁绿脉络膜血管造影及多焦视网膜电图的差别情况.结果 治疗组总有效率为86.67%,对照组总有效率为64.71%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组.结论 葛根素联合糖皮质激素对Vogt-小柳-原田病具有良好的治疗作用.%Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of puerarin with gucocorticoid treated the Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada desease.Method Dividing in to 32 (64 eyes)diagnosed as the Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada desease random two, the observed group have 17 patiens(34eyes)treated by the gucocorticoid only; the treating group have 15 patiens(30eyes)treated by the traditional Chinese medicine herbs combined with gucocorticoid.
