摘 要
本文主要设计并制作数字显示的直流稳压电源。本电源作为一个微型启动器,具有可调整电压,调压范围是1.25V-20V,而且具备输出电压可以显示的功能。本文介绍了直流稳压系统的总体的设计方案,它主要由变压器部分、整流滤波部分、稳压部分、电压数字显示部分和输出部分组成。电源的稳压部分用三端集成稳压管LM317完成,数字显示部分用ICL7107芯片完成。ICL7107是一种市场上应用非常广泛的集成芯片,内置程序,可以直接驱动LED数码管。本设计的显示部分是采用ICL7107芯片制作LED显示的数字电压表,并联到输出端,完成电压显示的功能。本电源具有设计简单灵活,成本低,效率高,调整精度高等优点,在市场上有很好的应用前景。

As characteristic of electronic technology, electronic circuit design equipment for the power requirement is to provide a steady, full of energy load requirements, and usually require a stable DC performance. This can provide a stable DC power supply is DC regulated power supply. DC power supply in power supply technology plays a very important position.
In this paper, design and production figures show that the DC power supply. The power supply as a mini-starter with adjustable voltage regulator range 1.25-20V, and output voltage can be displayed with the function. This article describes the display section and the output DC component. Power supply regulator part of the integrated three-terminal regulator with a LM317 completed, the digital display section complete with TCL7107 chip. TCL7107 is a very broad application on the market integrated chip, built-in program, you can directly drive LED digital tube. The design of the display part of the chip is produced using TCL7107 LED display digital voltmeter, in parallel to the output voltage display function to complete.
