W: Sorry, Mr Johnson. I don’t understand. Are you saying that the water is dirty?
9. M: Hello, this is Jacob Franklin, calling about the chief engineer job. Can I speak to your HR manager? W: You need to speak to Judy, but she’s gone out. Can I take a message?
