Get some students to read the words underlined and make others talk about whether they read these words right and wrong. 2. Tell them the reason why some students read the words incorrectly due to stress in words. Get students to follow the teacher or the tape. 3. Work in pairs to talk about how to stress the words in Part A correctly. Then let each pair choose one student to read the words. Step 5 Group work Listen to the tape, and work in pairs how to read the stress syllables, and then ask students to read the words correctly, especially the stress syllables. Step 6 Chant Get students to read the rhymes after the teachers. Don’t be late again One, two, three, four, Come in and close the door. Five, six, seven, eight, It‘s time for class, but you are late.
