Failures are unavoidable if we are to succeed. We should be adamant enough as not to be discouraged, persistant (persistent) enough as not to give up and diligent enough to overcome the barriers of failure. If we can do that, we will find that success will light our way.
As many say, failure is the origin of success. People are usually
delighted when achieving success. But they may feel sad and discouraged when facing failure. This seems to be usual. However, in my opinion, only when we treat failure as good experiences can we make a difference.
First of all, to my mind, sadness and disappointment are senses of
weakness. A brave man should keep going on when running into difficulties or problems. For instance, Stephen Hawking was diagnosed with a serious disease only a few days after his 21 -year-old birthday. It (插入was) said that he would die in several months. Facing disability and death, he went on doing his research. As disabled (Disable as) he was, he used a wheel chair and a laptop to keep track of others. In the long run, he finished his book (A Brief History of Time). As we all known (know), Dr. Hawking struggled against his fortune and get (got) success at last. We should always keep in mind that beating failure is to achieve success. The more failure you experience, the more you can learn. As far as I am concerned, being confident is also essential to achieve success. Confidence to a man is (插入 what) gas to a car. If you are facing a great challenge, telling yourself ?I can do that? is a significant way to inspire yourself. You’ll feel getting stronger insensibly. Trust yourself, thus you can conquer anything with an
iron will.
Everyone is willing to achieve success, while the way (插入of) treating failure is a notable problem as well. Achieving success is not without’ risk. That means facing failure, you’d better regard failure as good gifts, or else
you may not get over it. To sum up, you should beat the failure, then come (comes) the success. Don’t be frightened with failure！ Beat them, and you’ll win!

As we all know , everyone has laziness and is lack of ambition,and they get in the way of our success. I think“big
push”means effort. If we have a “big push”,we may succeed.But most of people think the effort seems a lot more difficult than it actually is.So they usually fail in everything that they do.But if we overcome laziness and lack of ambition ,we we may succeed one day.
Thomas Edison, one of the greatest scientists ever happened in the world. In inventing the light bulb, he tried more than 2,000 materials, yet they all failed. Though this might be enough to
deprive the hope of success from anyone, it didn’t discourage Edison. He went on working hard until he found the right material. He achieved success after more effort.
Jay Chou is a good example. Everyone knows the singer Jay Chou now, but only a few years ago, he was just an ordinary musician who wrote songs for other singers. His music wasn’t accepted at first because it was regarded as wierd . Jay, however, didn’t give up. He continued to work hard with his music until success finally knocked at the door.
Wang Junxia was able to win the world championship of long distance race only because she had many years of hard training. Therefore, diligence is the key to success. Doubtless hard work promises fruitful result. Everyone is awarded the right to work hard in order to reach his goal. Apparently, diligence is necessary to success. Happiness is nearly always a reward for hard work.
Everyone is willing to achieve success, while the way of treating laziness and lack of ambition is a notable problem as well.
