荞麦花叶总黄酮对糖尿病大鼠空腹胰岛素和肿瘤坏死因子-α的影响

【摘要】Goal: The observation buckwheat floral leaf total flavanone (TFBFL) assists rhzomorph (STZ) to the chain urea to add the fat breast induction diabetes big mouse heart structure and the function influence, and discusses the possible mechanism. Method: Uses the STZ abdominal cavity injection to add the fat breast to fill the stomach to induce the big mouse diabetes animal model. Around observation buckwheat floral leaf total flavanone treatment empty stomach insulin and tumor necrosis factor change; Finally: Buckwheat floral leaf total flavanone improvement diabetes big mouse heart left ventricle structure and function.Conclusion: TFBFL reduces the chain urea to assist the rhzomorph to be the result of 2 diabetes big mouse blood serum tumor necrosis factor.%目的:观察养麦花叶总黄酮(TFBFL)对链脲佐菌素(STZ)加脂肪乳诱导糖尿病大鼠心脏结构和功能的影响,并探讨可能机制.方法:采用ST2腹腔注射加脂肪乳灌胃诱导大鼠糖尿病动物模型.观察养麦花叶总黄酮治疗前后空腹胰岛素和肿瘤坏死因子的变化;结果:养麦花叶总黄酮改善糖尿病大鼠心脏左心室结构和功能.结论:TFBFL降低链脲佐菌素所致2型糖尿病大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子.
