【摘要】Objective To study expression and clinical significances of P53,Ki67 in gastric carcinoma. Methods 80 cases of gastric cancer and other 80 cases of chronic gastritis used immunohistochemical method to had P53 protein and Ki67 detection. Results In 80 cases of gastric cancer patients,19 cases had P53 and Ki67 both positive,21 cases were both negative. Correlation analysis showed,there was a significant correlation

Conclusion P53 protein and Ki67 expression in gastric carcinoma is significantly increased,and can be used as an important reference index for judging the malignant degree and prognosis of gastric cancer.%目的：探讨P53及Ki67在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法对我院收治的胃癌患者80例及慢性胃炎患者80例进行P53蛋白和Ki67检测。结果80例胃癌患者中，P53及Ki67均为阳性者19例，均为阴性者21例，相关性分析提示，二者呈显著相关关系（r=0.427， P=0.004）。结论p53蛋白和Ki67在胃癌中的表达明显升高，可作为判断胃癌恶性程度及预后的重要参考指标。
