Title ：Evaporation workshop design of potassium carbonate producing 4.0X10kg/y 7 Abstract Potash carbonate was an important foundation of inorganic chemical raw materials, mainly for the TV glass-shells, chemical, pharmaceutical, decarburization, wire hydrogen peroxide, film, enamel, printing and dyeing, potassium glass etc. At present domestic potash production main methods are ion exchange.This design has introduced the potash production and demand at home and abroad and also introduced existing production processes and equipment of the main trend. Then, the design has introduced the technological process and craft calculation. In addition, the raw material and power consumption, workshop layout and energy-saving design is an important part of the design.
