一、研究的背景：

“课堂教学的有效性”历来是教育界人士常谈常新的话题，也是我们做为一名老师不断追求的目标。当前，我们课程改革在课堂教学层面遭遇到的最大挑战仍然是无效和低效问题。我们一贯提倡“课堂教学向40分钟要质量”，要的是什么质量，在实践中又如何实现这一目标？一提到数学，很多人马上想到的是大量的枯燥计算、严谨缜密的数据、抽象的逻辑思维等等。因为数学的这种特殊性，按部就班的教学很容易让学生失去对数学的兴趣，更谈不上质量而言。数学本身是一门自然科学，但它更是一门艺术。让学生体验到学数学的乐趣，是我们教学活动得以顺利进行的保证。数学教学在新课程标准下，数学课堂教学更应该有其丰富的内涵和真正的实效性。以下笔者将从教学的实际的情况出发，以人为本，从教师和学生两个主要方面探索有效的课堂教学，分析如何提高数学课堂教学的质量。

二、研究目的：

以突出课堂教学的有效性为核心，从教师教学行为与学生学习行为上细化、深化研究。通过课题的研究，促进教师教学行为的转变和专业成长，使有效教学成为教师鲜明的教学理念和自觉的教学实践，也以此提高学生课堂学习的效益。

三、本课题研究的现状、预计可能的突破：

有效教学问题国内外近年来已有一定的理论研究和实践。如，国外已有的侧重从教师的特征或品质、教学行为来研究有效教学；国内

随着基础教育课程改革实验的深入开展，我们小学数学课堂教学方式已经有了较明显、深刻的变化，教师的课堂民主意识明显提高，学生学习的主动性、自主性明显增强，合作学习、探究学习等方式都已成为较为常见的课堂学习方式。但是，淡化或忽视对教师的教学方式与学生的自主学习方式的研究。通过本课题的研究实践，期望能明确教学中所适用的教学方式与学习方式，以期由点到面产生指导作用，促进小学数学课堂教学有效性的提升和教学质量的提高。

四、研究方法：

本课题研究主要可采用文献研究法、行动研究法、个案研究法和经验反思法等。

文献研究法：作为学习理论、收集信息的主要方法,其中信息资料主要来源于教育理论书籍、报刊杂志以及网络下载的相关资料等。

行动研究法：结合课题方案定期开展专题研究、课题论坛、撰写教学反思、教学随笔等。

个案研究法:在教与学的过程中，边实践，边探索，边检验，边完善，把研究与实践紧密地结合起来，边归纳，边总结，形成有鲜明个性的有效教学个人案例。针对某一课例或某一教学片断的教学有效性进行个案研究，提炼出共性的结论来。

经验反思法:通过阅读有关教学刊物、观摩名师名课，有目的地整理课堂教学中的教学现象，分析研究师生课堂教学行为，提炼优质

五、内容框架：

（一）有效课堂教学的内涵

第一，从教师的角度看质量的高低。教师为实现预期的教学目的，以心理学与社会学的理论为基础，在师生互动中通过教师的常规教学行为影响学生，以促进学生获得满意的学习效果，学会学习的过程。

第二，从学生的角度看质量的高低。有效教学即促进学生有效学习，教学的目的就是使学生学好，有效教学是指成功实现了明确的目的——学生愿意学习和在教学后能够从事教学所不能从事的学习的教学。

不管从哪个角度而言，界定我们的教学活动是否有效，必须具备以下两个方面：

（1）它应该有理想的教学效率，强烈反对低效，无效的教学效果，相对于教学投入而言，教学产出的“质”和“量”都达到了一定的预期目标。

（2）它有理想的教学效益，价值取向符合时代和个体的积极而进步的需求。

（二）教师的“活教”

1、深钻教材，准确把握学生学习起点，拟定有效目标。 2、设计情境，在课堂中捕抓学生的信息，营造有利气氛。 3、把握学情，尊重个性差异，追求最大的受益面。
