摘 要
混凝土是建筑工程中应用最广泛的材料之一,其经济、技术指标对于整个建筑工程的质量和成本有着举足轻重的关系。论文根据年产60万方的商品混凝土的规模来设计的商品混凝土搅拌站,其主要介绍了混凝土配合比设计,物料平衡计算、给排水系统、厂址选择、生产工艺流程、混凝土搅拌站设备选型计算、和经济评估等。绘制全站工艺设计流程图、全站总平面布置图和各设备连接关系的工艺布置图,手绘和cad各一份。

Abstract
Concrete is one of the most widely used materials in the construction projects, the economic and technical index, which is important for the construction project quality and cost of a relationship. The commodity concrete designed according to concrete products with an annual output of 600000 side of the scale of the mixing station, it introduces the concrete mix design, material balance calculation, water supply and drainage system, site selection, production process, equipment selection and calculation of concrete mixing station, and economic evaluation. The station layout drawing process design flow chart, the general layout of the station and each equipment connection, a drawing and cad.
