尊老爱幼 大人们总是会对我们说：“要尊老爱幼。”可到了重阳节，我却不知道该怎么对老人表答自己的爱，这时，我就想给姥姥捏肩。为什么，我先想到姥姥呢？因为我和姥姥感情最好。我和妈妈来到姥姥家后，姥姥很高兴我给她捏肩。姥姥坐到沙发上，我坐到姥姥身后，给姥姥捏起肩来。我一边捏，一边听姥姥讲话。

姥姥说：“以前，我十四岁就上班了。”

我很惊讶，说：“不可能吧？你怎么那么早就上班了？” 姥姥不紧不慢地说：“真的，我上完小学就不再上学了。以前的人就是生男轻女，认为女孩不用读很多书。”

我点点头，想：姥姥真辛苦。她都七十岁了，应该受到别人的照顾了。可她现在却还照顾着我表哥（他是一个小儿自闭症患者）的生活，给他做饭、洗澡，非常辛苦，我一定要多帮姥姥做些事情?? 想到这，我的手就更用力了，捏了一会儿，我的手开始酸起来。这时，姥姥也说：“好了，别捏了，休息一下吧！”可我一想到姥姥那么辛苦，我就用力捏了好久。

给姥姥捏完肩后，我觉得帮助老人很容易，但我们不要只帮助自己家的老人，也应该帮助别的老人。有句话说的好：“老吾老，以及人之老；幼吾幼，以及从之幼。”

Today is Dad’s birthday and I wanted to buy him a gift. So after school I hurried to a bakery and bought a big birthday cake. Imagining the delighted look on his face when Dad saw the cake, I couldn’t wait to go back home.

When I got on a bus, I was pleased to find a vacant seat, so I sat down with the cake on my legs. When the bus got to the next stop, an old lady got on, carrying many bags.
