Introduce the new words email,idea,computer,use (1) T: What does Danny want to use to write home? S: An email. T: Why NOT a postcard or letter? S: An email is fast. It doesn’t need stamps. Praise the student. Call for another volunteer. T; What does Li Ming say to Danny? Ss: Good idea! T: What do they need to send an email? Ss: A computer. 2. Get the Ss to look at the screen. Get to know how to write an email. Step 3. Presentation 1. Pair work : ask and answer with your friend. 2. Group work:write an email. Step 4. Role play 1. Listen to the tape and follow it . 2. Sing the song. Step 5. Homework.
