I’ve recently discovered that I have a second personality when I speak English, compared to the original me when I speak Chinese.
Speaking English brings out 41 more outgoing, enthusiastic, relaxed and confident side of me. I am also more open 42 physical expressions when speaking English, such as hugging, gesturing and using more exaggerated(夸张的) 43 (face) expressions. I have to say I love this new version of me better.
Similar things happened to my friend 44 we were traveling in Japan. My friend, a Chinese 45 (speak) fluent Japanese, showed a more modest and gentle attitude when using Japanese. I think it must have something 46 (do) with the fact that the Japanese use special words and styles to show respect for an older person or a person at a 47 (high) position.
So learning a new language is really worthwhile. We can not only have direct 48 (communicate) with people from other countries, but also understand 49 (we)and explore the different sides of us.
I’ve recently started to learn German. Probably in a few years a more cautious, accurate and hardworking version of me 50 (see)by all of you.

I fell in love with read books when I was a child. That I take pride in is the widely variety of books in my house. Books can keep my mind young, my heart warm or my soul bright. Not only they bring me knowledge, laughter and joy, but also connect me with the wisdoms of the past and the new ideas of the present. Meanwhile, they help me move on the right path as I journeyed through my
