【摘要】目的：研究IL-17在自身免疫性肝炎肝组织中的表达及意义。方法：选取自身免疫性肝炎患者45例，经肝穿收集其肝组织，对照组选取正常肝组织10例，采用免疫组化的方法检测肝组织中的IL-17的表达情况，并探讨IL-17与自身免疫性肝炎纤维化分期相关性。结果：自身免疫性肝炎患者肝组织IL-17阳性的表达量高于对照组(P＜0.01)， IL-17和自身免疫性肝炎肝纤维化程度相关。结论：IL-17可能参与了自身免疫性肝病的发病过程，降低IL-17活性程度，可能会减轻自身免疫性肝炎发病和纤维化程度。%Objective:To study the expression and significance of IL-17 in autoimmune hepatitis liver tissue.Methods:45 patients with autoimmune hepatitis were selected.The liver tissue was selected through liver biopsy.The control group selected 10 cases of normal liver tissues.The IL-17 expression in the liver tissue was detected by immunohistochemical method,and the relevance between IL-17 and autoimmune hepatitis fibrosis staging was explored.Results:The IL-17 positive expression in the liver tissue of patients with autoimmune hepatitis was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).IL-17 had relevance with autoimmune hepatitis fibrosis degree.Conclusion:IL-17 may be involved in the pathogenesis process of autoimmune liver disease.Reducing the activity degree of IL-17 may
