Ask anyone in a business,they will tell you that it is like a forest out there. The expression probably means that it is not easy earn money,because the forest is filled with wild animals and unknown dangers,Sometimes people in business feel that competing businesses are as dangerous as wild animals.
People in business have to be careful if they are to survive the forest
out there. People trying to earn money also must be aware of not being cheated. Perhaps the best way to avoid being cheated in business is not to try to get rich quickly. To be successful,the most important thing is that a person in business should work hard and try to get down to the most important part of his job,So if he gets down to that part,he can avoid being cheated.
